Wellbeing - Useful resources
Are you ready for your exams?
The period of revision and sitting exams is busy and can be a stressful time. This page contains useful information for students and parents about manging this stress and looking after our wellbeing during exams.
Preparation is key, ask yourself some key questions and reflect on your plan:
- Are all your plans achievable – do you need to adjust any?
- Which plans will have the biggest impact on your ability to be ready to perform?
- Where is it most important for you to spend your time and energy? Today, this week, this month?
Remember there are a wealth of resources for you to access in college and through outside organisations if you need help. These are outlined on our wellbeing roadmap but ask your teachers and peers if you need any advice.
