Sixth Form Courses

Please see below the advanced level courses that the college offers in Years 12 and 13, provided there are sufficient numbers to make teaching groups viable.

A Level Courses normally require grade 6 at GCSE - check with subject leaders for specific requirements.

It is possible to study some subjects to  AS level – this is assessed at the end of year 12 in most cases. 

LEVEL 3 VOCATIONAL COURSES - CLICK TO VIEW

A level 3 vocational course is an equivalent qualification to 1 or more A-Levels. Sometimes referred to as ‘BTECs’ although that is just one of many exam boards.

LEVEL 2 VOCATIONAL COURSES - CLICK TO VIEW

Level 2 – this is a lower tier of qualification and will give the candidate a qualification that is equivalent to GCSE.

Please use the grid below to help choose which subjects you would like to study (usually 3 A Levels, some students study 4 for the first year taking one to AS Level). Only pick one subject in each block. If you would like to study, French, German or Spanish please indicate this on your application form.
