Personal Development

Our aim at GHC is to enable each child to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Through our Personal Development programme we aim to achieve the objectives set out in our Message to Young People. We aim for every pupil to:

• become a confident, ambitious young person, with great aspirations for your future, and the aptitude, determination and commitment to go on and achieve well in your life.
• be part of a team, learning respect for others and our community.
• be challenged and supported as an individual to be the best that you can be
• have excellent opportunities, inside and outside the classroom, to gain great experience and develop exceptionally well academically and personally. 
• set yourself up for a better future so that you can enjoy a fulfilling, healthy and happy life, doing great work that you love, and be a great citizen. 

Our Message to Young People team plan and evaluate our Personal Development programme which is continuously evolving, improving and responding to our pupils’ needs.
