Year 9 Enterprise Challenge

Following on from previous successes we are excited to have another group of keen Business pupils taking part in the Enterprise Challenge competition this year. This is a national competition during which pupils work in teams, with mentors from local businesses, to develop their enterprise skills through a range of exciting activities; these are then put to the test in an exclusive online simulation business game. Their performance is compared to other teams throughout the South East and, if successful, pupils develop a business pitch which they present to local business leaders in the regional final. Last year our team proudly represented Garth at the regional finals and one of their team (Oskar Krzempek) came to support and share his top tips with this year’s teams.

Following completion Henry, Jamie and Henry, who worked strategically throughout the project to apply their business knowledge and enterprise skills, they have subsequently found out that they beat 580 others to get through to the South East regional finals!

Congratulations and good luck to the boys in the finals and well done to everyone who took part this year.
