Cobras Basketball Academy versus BHASVIC

The Cobras Basketball Academy at GHC had their first match of the new season on Wednesday 8 October. The team, along with Coach Alex, travelled to Brighton to face the well-established BHASVIC team.

The atmosphere was loud and intimidating, with a whole balcony full of excited home fans. The game was very physical, and BHASVIC found themselves in foul trouble early on. By halftime, the score was 48–23, leaving GHC with quite a hill to climb — but they were up for the battle.

In the second half, the GHC team really pulled together, scoring an impressive 61 points to BHASVIC's 44.

Final score: BHASVIC 92 – GHC 84
