Arrangements during the Examination Period

Sixth Form

There is no formal study leave for Sixth Formers, we use the concept of study time to maximise learning. Lessons will continue, examinations permitting, until each subject’s examinations are complete. Your teachers will work with you on bespoke arrangements. Students are expected to attend every lesson but can arrange with their teacher to study in the morning for a PM exam. During the examination period, students are welcome to come into college to seek help or support from subject staff. It is expected students will conduct a full study program at home. Year 12 A Level students should remember that A2 course content teaching will begin for them on Monday 13 June after the examinations have been completed.

Year 11

Examinations commence on 11 May 2022 for Year 11.  Students are expected to attend College as normal until Friday 27 May 2022.  From 6 June 2022, students are only required to attend College if they have an examination or a lesson in a subject where they have not yet completed their examinations.  Full details on these arrangements will follow.  Please note, year 11 will have a leavers assembly after half term to celebrate their time with us; this date will be published shortly.
