Level 2 Business Administration - Year 12
This qualification is a full time qualification which is completed alongside resits in GCSE maths and/or English. This qualification gives you an additional 3 GCSEs and is a bridging qualification between GCSE and GCE.
This qualification is completed in one academic year and requires the completion of 2 on-screen examinations and 5 coursework units.

Unit 1 – Principles of working in business administration
Unit 2 – Understand the role of an administrator
Unit 3 – Use social media for business purposes
Unit 4 – Provide administrative support
Unit 5 - Follow administrative practices and create procedures
Unit 6 - Communicate in a business environment
Unit 7 - Support the organisation of an event
Assessment
All 7 units must achieve at least a pass to achieve the Diploma in Business Administration.
Unit 1 – Principles of working in business administration
- On-Screen Examination (45 minutes)

Unit 2 –Understand the role of an administrator
- On-Screen Examination (1 hour)
- 45 marks
Units 3 - 7 - Coursework
- Internally assessed coursework units
- Range of Pass, merit & Distinction tasks to be completed (to pass a unit, all pass tasks must be completed.)
