Given the uneven impact of the pandemic on school and college performance data, the government has said you should not make direct comparisons between the performance data for one school or college and another, or to data from previous years.
We are absolutely delighted for our students and hail them on their success, particularly as the last two years have been so disrupted and many were sitting public examinations for the very first time. Congratulations to everyone involved - students, staff and parents. We are especially proud of our students and what they have achieved, and we wish them all the very best for the next stage of their lives.
Keith Grainger, Principal, Garth Hill College
"We are incredibly proud of our fantastic sixth form students and congratulate them on their results we are really excited for their bright futures which lie ahead. They worked incredibly hard to achieve their excellent results, in what was for many of them their first set of public examinations. We wish all of our students the very best of luck for the future as they move on to a wide range of exciting opportunities!"
