We have been informed by Berkshire Schoolwear Centre that they are experiencing difficulties with the supply of the College’s summer polo shirt. We have been assured that this will be rectified as soon as possible. Please note that summer uniform is optional and pupils can continue to wear the shirt and tie.

SCARLET FEVER – Message from Thames Valley Public Health

We are writing to raise your awareness that, similar to this time last year, we are seeing a substantial increase in the number of notified cases of scarlet fever and this is also seen across England. We informed all GPs in the Thames Valley a few weeks ago and advised them to take appropriate actions should a patient be suspected to have scarlet fever. Exclusion period for scarlet fever is 24 hours from start of appropriate antibiotics if the child is well enough to return back to school. A copy of the Factsheet on Scarlet Fever can be found in Garth Hill College Bulletin Issue 25

  • CASHLESS CATERING - IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR PARENTS AND CARERS

Please ensure that your child's account has credit for the start of the summer term on Tuesday 22 April. Please make all cheques payable to ISS.

Payments in cash must be in an envelope marked with the name and tutor group of the child. We are discouraging parents and carers from doing this routinely with small sums of money and would encourage cash deposits to provide credit for at least a week.
